Purchasing Executive

• Identify and evaluate new suppliers to improve cost efficiency and supply reliability.
• Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
• Monitor material lead times to avoid production delays.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Warehouse, and QA teams to monitor inventory levels, manage reorder points and safety stock, and ensure continuous material availability for production.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, supplier contracts, and procurement records.

Job Requirement

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the related field. Experience in manufacturing industry would be an added advantage for this position.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must posses at least Diploma/Degree in related field.
• Required Language(s) : Bahasa Mandarin & Malaysia & English to effectively communicate with our supplier.
• Able to multi-tasking and meet tight deadline.
• Full time position.
