What they need
Liaise with suppliers for quotations, support procurement planning, and track purchase orders.
Manage procurement contracts and payment processes, aligning with budgets and Malaysian import regulations.
Monitor project costs and cash flow; submit periodic financial reports.
Coordinate logistics and customs clearance for M&E equipment/building materials.
Facilitate communication among project teams, clients, subcontractors, and authorities.
Organize project meetings, business trips, and events; provide bilingual minutes.
Support on-site issue resolution (e.g., material shortages, permit delays).
Execute cross-departmental tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Fluent in English & Mandarin; basic Malay proficiency preferred.
Knowledge of Malaysian construction standards (MS, CIDB), supply chain.
Experience in civil/M&E projects; proficient in AutoCAD/Procore/ERP.
