Purchasing Executive

Job Responsibilities

(a) Review Customer demand and forecast and circulate to Supplier for material planning

(b) Generate P.O. to supplier and ensure P.O. acknowledgement from supplier

(c) Delivery schedule planning and follow-up with supplier on delivery commitment

(d) Monitor supplier’ delivery to meet production schedule & build plan

(e) Ensure safety level of inventory and with an adequate of inventory management

(f) Initiate meeting with supplier to discuss on requirement or recovery plan should any shortfall arises. Prompt escalation to superior to attend the issue together for improvement

(g) Liaise with Logistic Team to follow-up import shipment from overseas

(h) Weekly PO maintenance to ensure system data is tally with supplier

(i) Activate monthly SOA with supplier and coordinate with Finance Team

(j) Communicate with supplier on SOA acknowledgement to support payment process

(k) Support on report update, CTB, Inventory report, exposure or slow-moving report

(l) System PIR update for commodity purchase

(m) Maintain good relationship with supplier

(n) Support superior with task assigned

Job Requirements

• Knowledge and Experience in relevant industry

• O level with some working experiences related / Diploma

• Basic computer knowledge e.g. Excel or Words

• Able to expedite & communicate internal & external customer

• Working days: 5 days

• Working hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
