PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase food ingredients, supplies, equipment and operational necessities.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate purchasing terms.
• Evaluate suppliers and establish reliable procurement channels.
• Manage purchase orders, deliveries, inspections and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate replenishment requirements with kitchen, FOH and administrative teams.
• Resolve shortages, incorrect deliveries, returns and purchasing-related issues.

Requirements

• Familiarity with the Kuala Lumpur supplier market or F&B procurement channels preferred.
• Purchasing experience in restaurants, hotpot, food products or fresh produce is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, coordination and execution skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin; English or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Candidates with a valid driving licence and ability to travel for purchasing duties will be given priority.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
