PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule of all Purchasing activities and monitoring the materials delivery time.
• To plan the material supply chain for the production.
• To issue Purchasing Plan for LRP
• Ensure no over purchase and monitor Slow Moving items.
• Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis, resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
• Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
• Manage any procurement activities including RFP's (Request For Proposals)
• Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards. delivery time & best price and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior form time to time.
• Assist Purchasing Executive I and Purchasing Manager on inventory control, cost down and report generating.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma in related field
• Minimum 5 years related working experience in Purchasing Dept
• Able to manage work time wisely and efficiently.
• Good communication/negotiation skill
• Excellent in Excel & ERP
