Purchasing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both local and international suppliers.
• Conduct regular evaluations to ensure product and suppliers maintain quality standards and adhere to contractual obligations.
• Continuously research and identify potential products that align with company and customer requirements.
• Analyze the product costing, factoring in price, quality, durability, and other pertinent criteria.
• Skillfully negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and prices for the company.
• Continuously evaluate market trends and supplier prices to ensure competitive positioning.
• Oversee the entire order cycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Work with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and stocking of procured items.
• Ensure all procurement documentation, such as purchase orders and supplier agreements, are accurately completed and maintained.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast future product needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction field is an added advantage.
• At least 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Knowledge of international trade and customs regulations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
