What they need
Job Summary
We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to source and buy parts at the best price and quality.
Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with suppliers
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery
- Keep stock at the right level
- Compare prices and check supplier quality
- Work with the warehouse, sales, and accounts teams
- Keep purchasing records up to date
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of purchasing experience
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (to deal with suppliers)
- Knowledge of air-cond or electrical parts is an advantage
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
