Purchasing Executive

Job Responsibilities: -

1. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on the product requirements / specifications and supplier assessment criteria.
2. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and ensure cost-effectiveness.
3. Constantly develop and negotiate alternative suppliers with competitive pricing and excellent product quality and services.
4. Conduct periodic costing analyses and continuously seek cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements in product sourcing

Requirements:-

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 – 4 years experience in procurement
3. Experience in sourcing activity is more preferable
4. Logical thinking skill to develop sourcing and negotiation strategy
5. Communication and negotiation skills
