Purchasing Executive

(A) RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER PURCHASING

1. Sourcing, negotiation and issuance of purchase orders for concrete, quarry products, grass and earth; rental / purchase of sheet piles; premix, etc.

2. Daily and monthly RPOs for diesel and gases.

3. Monthly POs for sheet pile, waste bin and transportation.

4. Review of Goods Received Notes (GRN) and capturing of goods received for the above items.

5. Sourcing of new suppliers, including local suppliers.

6. Supplier management – vendor creation, payment terms and follow-up on payment status.

7. Replenishment report for concrete and quarry.

8. Stock count.

(B) WORKS FOR MACHINERY

1. To perform additional duties on all billings to external parties/client and inter-company for Asia Country and Jernih Spektrum.

2. Preparation of reports in related to e-times, all billings for Asia Country, Jernih Spektrum, Eiscon Construction.

3. Monitor, coordinating and handling of all parties for issues related to the said billings and reporting.

4. Monitor and maintain all billings are prompt within the timeline; prepare and ensure an accurate & up to date report.

5. All matters related to insurances, road tax, PMA, permits of heavy machinery, lorries, low loaders, etc. of the companies.

6. All matters related to Diesel subsidy cards.

(C) OTHERS

1. To assist and be involved in the Company’s direction for the application of ISO certifications for companies directly/ indirectly under KMU Group of Companies.

2. Others to be assigned from time to time base on department need(s).
