We're seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Purchasing Executiveto join our team at Malaysia office. What You'll Do

Be the backbone of our Purchasing Executive:

• Issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) and arrange stock transfers.
• SKU creation, price verifications, products specifications checking and follow up closely with the vendors on the orders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of imports procedures and logistics coordination.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
• Plan purchase orders based on lead time for imported goods.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Coordinate with warehouse and vendors for the incoming shipments.

What We're Looking For

Your Background:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Management, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Purchasing Role.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Bonus Points For:

·       Experience with NetSuite

·       Familiarity with Apple operating systems

·       Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
