Purchasing Executive

Purchasing Executive (Procurement Executive) is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Requisitions Order (RO) and Purchase Orders (PO) to support operations. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors, monitoring procurement activities, evaluating quotations, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services while maintaining compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation Management

• Process and manage Requisitions Orders (RO) and Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with procurement procedures.
• Monitor RO and PO approval status and follow up to ensure timely processing and delivery.

Planning & Coordination

• Review procurement requests to ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents.

Quality & Compliance

• Conduct quotation comparisons and price analysis to support vendor selection for approval.
• Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve procurement, delivery, or service-related issues.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain procurement records and assist in preparing reports.
• Support procurement improvement initiatives and other assignments as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related fields.
• Minimum qualification of SPM with minimum of 2 years of experience relevant in purchasing field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant procurement experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Epicor software like Kinetic is an added advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
