Purchasing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our procurement team at HL-Manufacturing Industries Sdn. Bhd. The ideal candidate will manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, and purchase operations to ensure smooth and cost-efficient procurement processes that support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sourcing, quotation evaluation, price negotiation, and issue Purchase Orders to approved vendors.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers to meet operational needs.
• Support daily procurement activities and handle any ad-hoc purchasing tasks assigned by management.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly reports, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping in the system.
• Ensure all purchases meet quality, quantity, and cost requirements in line with company standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
• Strong sense of integrity, responsibility, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
