Purchasing Executive

📍 Location: Orchard

💰 Salary: $3,500 – $3,800

Working Hours & Benefits

Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

5-day work week

16 days annual leave

AWS + Performance Bonus (PB) eligibility

Job Responsibilities

Process purchase requisitions, prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.

Source supplier quotations, compare prices and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Maintain good relationships with suppliers and coordinate orders, deliveries and pricing updates.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock takes and cost control.

Maintain accurate purchasing records, quotations, invoices and procurement documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments to meet daily operational purchasing needs.

Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procurement procedures.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

1–3 years of purchasing, procurement or supply chain experience.

Hospitality or hotel purchasing experience will be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
