- Sourcing & Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers or vendors; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Purchase Orders & Documentation: Process purchase requisitions, generate Purchase Orders (POs), Manage product inspections, liaison of product artwork, packaging and rework.
- Order Tracking & Logistics: Monitor shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders or warehouse teams, and ensure timely delivery of materials to production sites or offices.
- Quality & Cost Control: Inspect or review the quality of purchased goods, resolve invoice or delivery discrepancies, and conduct cost analyses to support budgeting.
- Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels in collaboration with warehouse and planning teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
