Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Executive to manage procurement activities, including sourcing materials, equipment, tools, consumables, and services. The role involves supplier management, quotation evaluation, internal coordination, and invoice verification to ensure cost-effective purchasing and reliable supply. The successful candidate will also contribute to cost reduction and procurement process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of direct/indirect materials, consumables, equipment, tools, spare parts, and services.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to achieve cost competitiveness and reliable supply.
• Review and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure value-for-money procurement.
• Coordinate with internal departments for purchasing needs, specifications, and approvals.
• Handle vendor invoice verification and ensure accurate documentation for payment processing.
• Participate in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives related to procurement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is an added advantage to liaise with suppliers.
