PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

JOB SCOPE:

• Sourcing and Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers; build and maintain long-term vendor relationships.
• Price Negotiation: Request quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Order Processing: Prepare, approve, and issue Purchase Orders (POs) via internal systems.
• Tracking and Logistics: Monitor shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders or warehouse teams, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track slow-moving or aging items, and reconcile inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Quality & Compliance: Inspect or review product quality and ensure all purchases follow company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

REQUIREMENT:

• AT LEAST 1 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN THE RELATED FIELD REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
• ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS A TEAM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
