Purchasing Executive

Key responsibilities:

• Handle daily purchasing activities and source materials from suppliers
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on material deliveries
• Negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain purchasing records and coordinate with internal departments

Job requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing documentation

Planner

Key responsivities:

• Prepare and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and delivery requirements
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure materials and resources are available
• Monitor production progress and follow up on delays
• Ensure on-time delivery and update production planning records

Job Responsibilities:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, preferably in manufacturing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production planning systems
• Good coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
