Purchasing Executive/Assistant（Mandarin Speaker）

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for product sourcing, quotation and supplier negotiation.
• Manage purchase orders, replenishment and inventory levels.
• Monitor sales performance, stock turnover and out-of-stock risks.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely supply.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Merchandising, or Buying is an added advantage.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Good negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in Mandarin required.
• Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Candidates with FMCG or Retail, experience will have an added advantage.
