What they need
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Manajemen, Akuntansi, Administrasi, atau jurusan terkait) Pengalaman kerja sebagai Purchasing Officer minimal 2–5 tahun.
- Memahami proses pembelian, negosiasi, dan administrasi purchasing.
- Membuat dan memproses Purchase Request (PR) dan Purchase Order (PO).
- Memastikan kualitas, jumlah dan waktu pengiriman dengan supplier sesuai pesanan.
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan supplier dan vendor.
- Mengontrol stok dan bekerja sama dengan gudang/warehouse.
- Membuat laporan pembelian dan evaluasi supplier secara berkala.
- Memastikan proses purchasing sesuai dengan SOP dan anggaran perusahaan.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Teliti, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
