Purchasing Import

About the role

Staf Purchasing Impor responsible for managing the procurement and supply of goods and raw materials from foreign suppliers (import) and local non-ABB goods efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct purchasing and procurement processes for goods and raw materials from foreign suppliers (import) and local non-ABB goods efficiently and on time
• Conduct price negotiations, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Understand PIB calculations for imported goods
• Manage and ensure completeness of import documents (PO, PIB, Bill of Lading, etc.) and coordinate with relevant parties (Freight Forwarder, Customs)
• Ensure goods arrive at Jakarta port in good condition
• Create Purchase Orders for vendors in the system

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education from all majors (preferably Management/Business/Engineering)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Import Purchasing
• Able to speak and write English actively
• Able to speak and write Mandarin Chinese (valued as an advantage)
• Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to operate computers (Ms. Office) and Accurate system
• Thorough, honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure
