Purchasing Intern

About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Purchasing Intern to join BEC Solutions Services Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is an intern position that offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in the purchasing field within the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will supporting the sourcing and inventory management processes that are critical to our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting in monitoring and identifying items that need to be purchased.

• Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing information and product specifications.

• Performing data entry and administrative tasks related to purchasing activities if required.

• Assisting in the analysis of purchasing trends and cost-saving opportunities.

• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree in any courses.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.

• October intake and onwards.

• Candidates currently residing in Shah Alam are preferred.
