POSITION OVERVIEW

Support the Purchasing team in daily procurement activities, including supplier communication, quotation comparison, purchase order administration, purchasing documentation, order tracking, and coordination with internal departments and suppliers.

The intern will assist in ensuring that purchasing activities are properly documented, organized, and completed in a timely manner to support the company's operational needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist the Purchasing team in scanning, organizing, and filing invoice and billing documents.

2. Assist in sourcing price comparisons from other vendors offline or online.

3. Assist with the administration, preparing, and processing of Purchase Orders (POs) for QC,QA,HR,GA and other departments.

4. Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requests and order requirements.

5. Assist in monitoring outstanding orders and updating delivery status (tokopedia/online stores).

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Administration, or a related fields.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and basic office applications.
5. Willing to learn and develop an understanding of purchasing and procurement processes.
6. Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
7. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
8. Responsible, proactive, and committed to following up on assigned tasks.
