Purchasing Intern

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or final-year students who have completed their classes, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Active in organizations or campus activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Available for a 3-month internship.
• Willing to work WFO in North Jakarta.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in processing purchase requests for heavy equipment, spare parts, lubricants, and other site operational needs.
• Assist in sourcing suppliers and collecting quotations for required goods and materials.
• Compare supplier quotations based on price, specifications, availability, and delivery time.
• Assist in monitoring purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery to the mining site.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders, quotations, and other procurement documents.
• Support the Purchasing team in daily procurement and administrative activities.
