Purchasing Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Intern to provide administrative and documentation support to our Purchasing team. The role involves maintaining records, updating purchasing data, organizing documents, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, organizing, scanning, and filing purchasing documents
• Encode and update purchase orders, supplier information, quotations, and other records
• Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
• Assist in monitoring purchase orders and delivery records
• Consolidate and organize quotations, invoices, delivery receipts, and related documents
• Check documents for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets using Excel
• Assist in updating purchasing and inventory information in company systems
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding required documents
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Required to complete an internship/OJT program
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or with a team
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is an advantage
• Willing to report full on-site in Macapagal Avenue, MOA Complex, Pasay City
