Purchasing Intern

Applicants must be:

• Preferably taking up Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management or Finance and Accounting or any related course.
• Have good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analyzing information and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Sheet
• Willing to be train, can work under pressure, aggressive, determined and a fast learner.

Job Responsibility:

• Assist with preparing, organizing and filing purchasing documents.
• Encode and update purchase orders, suppliers information, quotation and other records
• Assist in monitoring purchase orders and delivery records
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
• Assist in canvassing of items and looking for new suppliers
