Purchasing Internship

• Ensure procurement processes for goods, services, and projects are conducted on time, efficiently, and effectively, in accordance with applicable procurement policies
• Verify that selected suppliers have clear legal compliance and reliable operational systems
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and end users to ensure goods and services meet required specifications

Job Requirements

• Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Strong coordination skills
• Good communication skills
• Prior experience in Purchasing/Procurement is a plus
• Basic understanding of procurement processes, including Purchase Order (PO) creation and price negotiation
