Purchasing Internship

• Assist in daily purchasing and procurement activities.
• Assist in sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations.
• Prepare and update Purchase Orders (PO) and purchasing records.
• Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
• Assist in comparing supplier quotations, pricing and delivery terms.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Assist in filing and organising purchasing documents.
• Support the Purchasing Department in daily administrative tasks.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• No prior working experience required.
• Internship students are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
