Engineering Manager

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent

· At least 5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Engineering leadership role.

· Experienced In Test and Measurement, Assembly Process Design, Assembly Control, Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement.

· Experience with Engineering & Quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and DOE

· Able to lead and supervise a team of Engineers & Technicians

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Oversee department functions and lead a team of Engineers & Technicians

· Responsible to drive all engineering activities including test engineering, manufacturing engineering, process design, productivity improvement, line layouts, product engineering, ECN management and materials compliance.

· Evaluate develop and maintain test and manufacturing facility, work processes, procedures and operating system for department and the manufacture of existing products.

· Provide management support, resource planning & motivational support to the team (Head of Department role)

· Set department KPI and drive for monthly achievement.

· Awareness of Policy & Objective Company (Quality Management System – QMS Environmental Management System -EMS & Business Continuity Management System – BCMS)

· Awareness of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA Code of Conduct)
