Purchasing Manager

• Manage purchasing and procurement activities.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure quality, quantity, and specifications of purchased items.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Monitor purchasing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, Operations, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
• Lead and supervise the purchasing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Good communication and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work onsite and travel when required.
