Purchasing Manager

Develop and execute procurement strategies that support business objectives while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery performance.

Source and purchase materials, components, and finished products including:

• LED lighting fixtures and components
• Electrical supplies and accessories
• Wrought iron gates, railings, fences, and decorative metal products
• Steel, aluminum, and other fabrication materials
• Hardware, fasteners, and construction-related products

Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service agreements.

Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, responsiveness, and compliance.

Collaborate with engineering, production, project management, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure procurement requirements are met.

Maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent shortages or excess stock.

Analyze market trends, raw material pricing, and supply chain risks to support effective purchasing decisions.

Manage purchase orders, supplier schedules, and logistics coordination.

Resolve supplier-related issues including quality concerns, delays, shortages, and warranty claims.

Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and cost-saving initiatives for management review.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
