1. Hiring | Purchasing Manager 🏭

📍 Location: Karawang, West Java

💰 Salary: Start IDR 20 Millions

We're growing, and we're looking for a Purchasing Manager to help us keep our production running smoothly and efficiently. If you have a strong background in procurement within a manufacturing environment and enjoy building relationships that create real value, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational needs

✅ Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our suppliers

✅ Negotiate prices, contracts, and purchasing terms to secure the best value for the company

✅ Ensure material availability so production never skips a beat

✅ Monitor purchasing costs and spot opportunities for savings

✅ Work closely with our Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance teams

✅ Evaluate supplier performance and help us continuously improve how we procure

What We're Looking For

▪️ A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field

▪️ At least 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience in a manufacturing company

▪️ Strong negotiation skills and a thoughtful approach to supplier management

▪️ Familiarity with procurement processes, cost control, and inventory planning

▪️ Good analytical and communication skills

▪️ Hands-on experience purchasing raw materials and packaging materials

▪️ Mandarin proficiency is a plus, though not required

2. Hiring | General Manager Purchasing

We're looking for an experienced General Manager Purchasing to lead our procurement function and help shape the strategy behind how we source, negotiate, and build supplier partnerships. If you're a seasoned procurement leader who thrives on building strong teams and driving operational excellence, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'II be doing

✅ Lead and oversee the entire purchasing department and procurement strategy

✅ Manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational requirements

✅ Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic suppliers

✅ Lead price negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance evaluations

✅ Ensure continuous material availability to support production schedules

✅ Develop purchasing budgets and implement cost control initiatives

✅ Work closely with Production, Planning, Finance, Quality, and other departments to support operational excellence

✅ Analyze market trends, supplier risks, and procurement opportunities to improve business performance

What We're Looking for

▪️ A Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

▪️ At least 8 years of purchasing experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role within a manufacturing company

▪️ Proven track record managing procurement of raw materials and packaging materials

▪️ Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills

▪️ A solid understanding of supply chain management and procurement best practices

▪️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

▪️ Mandarin proficiency is a plus, though not required
