Purchasing Manager

Duties:

• In charge team of staff in managing sourcing and purchasing functions
• Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers
• Co-ordinate procurement efforts, cost reduction programs and new projects with Product Management and R & D
• Ensure optimum prices, specifications, delivering and quality raw materials to support production
• Work closely with factories on product requirements
• Monitor market conditions and practices and provide strategic advice
• Maintain and build up rapport with major suppliers in the region

Requirements:

• University graduate with degree in Engineering is preferable
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Management of Productions and Operations
• 6 -8 Years experience in Electronic or Semiconductors industry in which at 3 years in years in supervisory position
• Establishing contacts to major suppliers in component market , particularly in Asia
• Good command of English , Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Proactive and analytical
• Station in Dongguan
