Deine Aufgaben

• Umsetzung des monatlichen Forecasts in Bestellungen
• Pflege sowie Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit mit bestehenden und neuen Lieferanten
• Beobachtung relevanter Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsmärkte in der zugeordneten Region
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios der betreuten Lieferanten
• Mitwirkung bei Produktstudien zur Vorbereitung der Einführung neuer Produkte
• Überwachung der Verfügbarkeit kritischer Produkte
• Mitarbeit bei der Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen und Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs)
• Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von ERP- und Warenwirtschaftssystemen (z. B. MS NAV) im Einkaufsumfeld
• Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Einkaufs- und Systemprozesse

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Chemie oder Pharma
• Erste Kenntnisse des Pharma-Marktes, insbesondere im Bereich Re-Importe und Importe, sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Warenwirtschafts- bzw. ERP-Systemen (z. B. MS NAV)
• Grundverständnis für strukturierte Einkaufsprozesse; Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Prozessen oder SOPs ist von Vorteil
• Interesse an Prozess- und Systemthemen sowie Bereitschaft, sich in ERP-Optimierungen einzuarbeiten
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit
• Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein souveränes Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
