About the role
We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchasing & procurement
- Vendor sourcing, evaluation & negotiation
- Control purchasing cost and ensure cost efficiency
- Monitor purchasing process, quality & delivery
- Lead and manage Purchasing team
About you
- Minimum S1, any relevant major
- Minimum 5 years experience in Purchasing/Procurement
- Experience in Property / Apartment / Mall / Building Management is preferred
- Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented & responsible
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
