Purchasing Manager

Job Specification

• Control and take responsibility for all processes within the Purchasing Department.
• Handle and have a thorough understanding of import processes and procedures.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct supplier evaluations every six months, including supplier development and supplier audits.
• Control and monitor the purchasing budget in accordance with the business plan.
• Review and evaluate existing supplier prices and implement cost improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and control incoming materials from both local and overseas suppliers.
• Good understanding of management systems, including IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good understanding and experience with SAP System.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills and good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Possess a valid Driving License (SIM A).
• Willing to be placed in KIIC, Karawang.
