🔎 Job Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities for both overseas and local suppliers.
• Manage procurement of machinery, spare parts, and other production-related materials.
• Coordinate and communicate with overseas suppliers in English.
• Monitor and manage purchasing processes to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Work closely with relevant departments and coordinate procurement requirements.
• Manage and lead a team of long-tenured employees.
• Oversee purchasing operations for manufacturing facilities in Surabaya and Karawang.
• Prepare reports and communicate directly with a Japanese.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchase Manager or Assistant Manager with proven management experience.
• Experience in production management is a strong advantage.
• Experience in industries related to film, plastic molding, flexible packaging, printing, or similar manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Business-level English is mandatory, as the position requires communication and meetings with overseas suppliers and an English-speaking supervisor.
• Strong management and leadership skills, particularly in managing an experienced, predominantly team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with Japanese management.
