Our client is Automotive part manufacturing industry.They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Benefit :

• Total Salary Package: 70,000 – 90,000 THB/ month (negotiate depend on experience)
• Bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of purchasing and procurement experience, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to perform basic cost analysis and cost breakdown calculations for tooling, machining, piping, electrical systems, and related projects.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP and MRP systems will be highly advantageous.

Job description

• Review purchase requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and related documents to ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans and sourcing strategies to support business objectives, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify, evaluate, and source new suppliers, materials, products, and services while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions to secure the best value, quality, delivery performance, and service levels.
• Oversee day-to-day purchasing operations, including workload allocation, team supervision, and performance management.
• Conduct cost analysis and support cost reduction initiatives through effective supplier management and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate closely with inventory, production planning, and related departments to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Ensure all purchased materials, products, and services meet required quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
• Manage procurement budgets, monitor spending, and prepare regular reports on purchasing performance, KPIs, and cost-saving achievements.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
• Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and development programs to strengthen team capabilities and support business growth.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delivery, transportation, or logistics-related issues.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by management.
