PURCHASING MANAGER

Key responsibilities

· Sourcing and identifying suitable suppliers for required goods and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness

· Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation

· Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking

· Liaising with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules

· Receiving and verifying deliveries against purchase orders and invoices

· Managing general administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and correspondence

· Maintaining procurement databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping

· Supporting budget management and cost control initiatives within the purchasing department

· Occasionally check production stocks on CPO and PK

· Preferable Chinese Male

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
