PURCHASING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability.
• Control purchasing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Prepare procurement reports and performance analysis.
• Lead and supervise the purchasing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in a manufacturing (Printing) environment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.
• Proficient in ERP systems, Auto-count and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
