- Electrical & Custom Parts Procurement: Coordinate purchasing for specialized equipment, custom-fabricated parts, and core components like bushings, relays, and circuit breakers.
- Lead Time & Inventory Planning: Track long-lead items to prevent production delays and align stock levels with operational targets.
- Cost & Performance Tracking: Manage Purchase Price Variance (PPV), apply Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models, and protect plant margins.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of progressive procurement experience in heavy manufacturing, power distribution, or electrical equipment.
- Proven track record negotiating with international vendors, managing global freight/shipping logistics, and navigating tariffs and import dynamics.
- Background with transformers, switchgear, or medium/high-voltage industrial equipment is strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Tier-1 ERP systems (such as Oracle or SAP) to manage complex procurement data.
