Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager with a strong background in hotel procurement to oversee purchasing operations, supplier relationships, cost optimization, and inventory management while ensuring quality standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

* Manage end-to-end procurement activities for hotel operations, including F&B, housekeeping, engineering, and general supplies.

* Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and favorable payment terms.

* Develop cost-saving strategies without compromising hotel standards.

* Oversee F&B purchasing, including food cost control, market price comparisons, and supplier performance.

* Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and purchasing budgets to minimize wastage and overstocking.

* Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, quotations, and supplier contracts.

* Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval procedures, and financial controls.

* Coordinate with Finance, F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and other departments to meet operational requirements.

* Maintain accurate purchasing records and generate procurement and cost-saving reports.

* Ensure effective utilization of hotel purchasing and inventory management systems.

Candidate Requirements :

* Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience, preferably including 2–3 years in hotel procurement.

* Strong knowledge of F&B purchasing, supplier negotiations, cost control, and inventory management.

* Experience with hotel procurement systems such as BirchStreet, Oracle MICROS, Material Control, or similar platforms.

* Strong understanding of UAE hospitality suppliers and local market pricing.

* Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and vendor management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple purchasing requirements and meet operational deadlines.

Preferred: Candidates with previous experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels or multi-property hospitality groups.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
