Purchasing Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager.
• A background in the IT industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven experience in project management is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle, including vendor selection, price negotiation, and contract management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and applicable industry standards.
• Evaluate supplier performance, pricing, and service quality to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Lead and supervise the purchasing team to ensure efficient procurement processes.
• Identify opportunities to optimize procurement costs, improve processes, and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Manage procurement-related projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
