Purchasing Manager

Location: Klaeng, Rayong (แกลง, ระยอง)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (08:00 – 17:00)
Salary: Up to 90,000 THB

About the Role Our client, an international manufacturer of advanced composite materials, is looking for a Purchasing Manager to lead procurement operations and strategic sourcing. This position reports directly to the European General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Leadership: Lead the purchasing team, optimize buying processes, and establish SOPs.
• Strategic Sourcing: Manage local & international supplier networks, contract negotiations, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Supply Chain & Inventory: Ensure raw material availability for production while maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Compliance & Systems: Manage supplier quality under ISO 9001 standards and utilize ERP systems for procurement tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing (2+ years in team leadership).
• Preferred Background: Experience sourcing Carbon fibre, composites, prepregs, resins, EPS, or technical textiles.
• Solid experience with ERP systems and ISO 9001 supplier management.
• Strong command of English (reporting directly to European Management).
• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
