Purchasing Manager

Our client is a well-established and growing Food Manufacturing Company who’s looking to hire a talented Purchasing Manager. This is an HYBRID role at their facility located in the Santa Fe Springs area. This is a fun, stable, and healthy company that has a family/team-centered culture. Purchasing Manager (Hybrid):

• Must have a minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement in the food production industry.
• Will be managing the entire procurement process and reporting directly to senior leadership - must be very strategic, hands-on, and have excellent communication skills.
• Works with forecasting and demand planning and reviews market analysis to determine future production needs to proactively stay ahead of raw materials needs and market trends while securing alternative ingredient sources
• Must be able to think critically in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Salary is likely $120k-$140k on the base + Bonus and Benefits
