Position Description: We are seeking an experienced multilingual Purchasing Manager / Procurement Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Key tasks include:

• Develop and implement purchasing and procurement strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best price, quality, and payment terms.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance, delivery, and quality.
• Plan purchasing requirements based on stock levels, demand, and operational needs.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, quotations, and other procurement documentation.
• Monitor procurement budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure timely purchasing and availability of materials, products, and services.
• Conduct market research and identify new suppliers and alternative sourcing options.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and procedures.
• Prepare procurement reports and coordinate with Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and other departments.

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory, and supply planning processes.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and multiple procurement activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement/purchasing systems.

Location: Seven Hills, NSW

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
