Purchasing / Material Planner / Production Planner (Chonburi)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure on-time delivery according to customer requirements.
• Monitor material availability and align purchasing activities with production plans.
• Manage MRP planning and maintain optimal inventory levels to support manufacturing operations.
• Analyze material shortages, capacity constraints, and supply risks, and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
• Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) implementation and ensure material readiness during product transitions.
• Work with suppliers and purchasing teams to improve material availability and reduce lead times.
• Monitor planning performance and prepare reports related to production, materials, inventory, and delivery commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 1-5 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong understanding of MRP, Production Planning, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; Electronics or High-Mix Low-Volume production experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
