Purchasing Materials Manager

As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless materials flow, optimizing supplier relationships, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support our manufacturing excellence.

In this role, you'll oversee procurement activities—from RFQ preparation and supplier sourcing to negotiations and inventory management—while supervising shipping and receiving operations. Your strategic insights will help us maintain quality, cost-efficiency, and timely production schedules in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of purchasing or supply chain management experience in a manufacturing setting
• Proven ability to source and develop suppliers, negotiate prices, and manage supplier relationships
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory control, planning, and expediting processes
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience sourcing industrial materials, chemicals, laminates, or raw materials
• Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry experience
• Knowledge of high-tech manufacturing processes and sourcing nuances

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline
• Prior experience in electronics manufacturing or high-tech industries

Other Requirements

• US Citizen status is mandatory
• Ability to work comfortably in a team-oriented environment
• Availability for occasional coordination with multiple departments and suppliers
