PURCHASING OFFICER

An established manufacturing company located at Tampoi, Johor Bahru since 1985 ; specialized in Single Sided Printed Circuits Boards, Double Sided PCBs and Multilayer PCBs production. In line with our vision of further growth beyond the next millennium, we are inviting suitably qualified and dynamic persons to join us.

Responsibility: -

• Source and purchase goods, materials, and services required by the company
• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.
• Ensure purchases comply with company policies and budget limits
• Deal and communicate with suppliers from China regarding purchasing, quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and product requirements.

Requirements:-

• Certificate or Diploma
• Possess own transport
• Able to work independently
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other basic computer skills
• Good communication
• Experience in Purchasing field is an advantage
