- Negotiation: Compare bids, evaluate offers, and negotiate pricing or contract terms.
- Order Processing: Place purchase orders and update internal databases with pricing and quantities.
- Order Tracking: Monitor shipments, track delivery schedules, and resolve delayed or wrong orders.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and inspect received goods for damage or poor quality.
- Record Keeping: Maintain files of invoices, payments, and vendor contracts.
