Purchasing Officer

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement
• Strong background in international importation and purchasing processes
• Experience in coordinating directly with Bureau of Customs (BOC), Customs Brokers, vendors, and suppliers
• Knowledgeable in import documentation, customs procedures, and shipment processing
• Experienced in supplier sourcing, negotiation, canvassing, and purchase orders
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transactions

Responsibilities:

• Manage local and international purchasing activities
• Process and monitor importation documents and shipments
• Source reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing and payment terms
• Prepare and monitor Purchase Orders and delivery schedules
• Track shipments and ensure timely arrival of imported goods
• Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, lead times, and product requirements
• Ensure purchasing and importation documents are complete and accurate
• Monitor costs, quotations, and other purchasing-related expenses

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
